European Space Agency (ESA) for the launch of CHEOPS Exoplanet Research mission

Media Lario S.r.l. congratulates the European Space Agency (ESA) for the launch of CHEOPS Exoplanet Research mission from the Europe's Spaceport in Kourou, French Guyana.

Media Lario supplied the primary optical element of the telescope instrument, a 330 mm diameter high precision space qualified mirror. The company has participated in numerous space missions, including SWIFT, XMM-Newton and the recently launched eROSITA X-ray space telescope.
