COVID-19 Update: Italian government announce new decree restricting non-essential operations

Last night, the Italian government announced a new decree restricting non-essential commercial and manufacturing operations. The government has taken this action in response to the continued rapid rise in the COVID-19 infection rate in Italy and the extremely unfortunate sharp rise in the death rate. My apologies to you for using the Newsletter format here, but I wanted to get communications out to everyone quickly about the effects of this lockdown.
